You are your company and a reflection of its product
Many people will tell you the opposite.
But if you’re building a longevity company, and your product has shipped, buckle up.
It’s time for you to show how to defy death.
My Why
I believe that what you eat is your death sentence.
Capitalism has optimized food for margins, not health.
Obesity rates have tripled since the 1970s, which parallels when fast food became the norm. Today, eating fast food takes 5 years off your life.
Processed food now makes up 3 out of every 4 foods in the average US grocery store and diet.
Federally, 10x more money is spent on healthcare than food. Yet drugs are available only after years of trials, while foods that poison us are accessible everywhere, right now.
Food deserts destabilize communities, and there are more food deserts today than ever before.
For every 1% increase in food insecurity, violent crime increases by 12%.
The moment food is harvested, it starts dying. At just 72 hours post-harvest, it’s missing upwards of 50% of its flavor and nutrition.
The Solution
At Clayton Farms Salads, I’m building a fountain of youth.
By placing farms inside restaurants, you can deliver the most flavorful and nutritious food to consumers.
Communities are strengthened by access without the seasonality worry.
Food deserts shrink, for the first time ever.
People realize that paying a farmer now is better for them than paying pharma later.
Clayton Farms Salads makes capitalists happy and customers healthy.
Personal Proof
This year, my bloodwork and tests have shown my biological age to be 25 (I’m 38). My wife Mikayla’s bloodwork and tests show a biological age of 18 (she’s 30).
I’m the #1 loyalty club member by orders and meals consumed from Clayton Farms Salads location #1 (Ames, IA).
Over the past 6 years, I have run 22 ultramarathon trail races and almost 12,000 miles. No injury has taken me out of running for more than a week, because the foods I eat from our farm are 40x more nutritious and have the best anti-inflammatory effects.
On August 30 2025, I set a new Personal Record for 5k (21:09), 10k (46:06), and half marathon (1:44:50) distances.
On Saturday September 13, I’ll be running my 23rd ultramarathon. It’s a backyard ultramarathon, where everyone runs the same 4.167 mile loop at the top of every hour. The race goes until only one person remains. I am winning it.
Longevity, Now
The best thing about building a longevity company is that it only takes one of us founders to be right.
My fountain of youth is the only option that looks good, tastes good, and makes you feel good.
While we’re not currently raising a round of investment, we’ve had individuals and funds reaching out almost daily as we expand here in San Francisco. If you reach out with interest, please share why you want to invest, your average check size, and how fast you can make your decision.
While we’re searching for Clayton Farms Salads’ first San Francisco location, we have so much demand for our salads that we’re considering launching a pre order or deposit. Anyone who gets on this list will have access to our salads months before everyone else. Reach out if you’re in SF and want access.
